When to use Neurographics

The author of Neurographics Pavel Piskarev labled the method “the project support graphical tool”, implying that you would need a goal in mind, or a problem at hand to employ Neurographics.

That is why it would be reasonable to say that Neurographics is a coaching approach that is directed at the future change – achieving a goal or resolving a problem.

Since Neurographics is based on certain algorithms, it is very applicable for self-coaching. Thus, you could reach the desired point on your own, or analyze your situation partially yourself before you actually visit a coach.

The trick is to follow the algorithms, be self-aware to observe your thoughts, emotions and bodily reactions, as well as write down your findings while drawing. Which, admittedly, requires good discipline.

It’s easier to develop the necessary self-observation skills if you study Neurographics with a certified instructor who is capable of explaining not just the method, but also the science behind it.
